𓇼 A Renewed Trust in the Wisdom of your Body 𓇼
Women’s Holistic Health Sessions are for the woman who yearns to get genuinely clarity about the symptoms manifesting in her body beyond the limitations of a diagnosis. She seeks to feel empowered in navigating her health, and experience the power of her self-healing abilities after many seasons of seeking answers.
Our bodies are living ecosystems, intricately connected to the environments we inhabit, the nourishment we give and receive, the emotional experiences we constantly metabolize, and the rhythms of the natural world. When symptoms arise, we are always invited to become curious about the many layers impacting our being. The messages of the body can sometimes become complex, and we may come to a place where we need support in this process.
Naomi weaves clinical herbalism with psychosomatic frameworks, and holistic health education, to support you in understanding your symptoms within the broader landscape of your life. Together, we will understand your health issues, while exploring your individual story, lifestyle, emotional experiences, ancestral layers and more, to create an individualized protocol that honors your unique constitution, needs & circumstances so you can find genuine relief.
